To start a group session on Spotify follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Open the Spotify app and play a song.
Step 2: Now click on the “Connections” icon at the bottom left corner.
Step 3: Click on “Start a session”.
Step 4: Now click on “Invite friends” if you want to invite your friends who are far from you or they can also scan the barcode below the invite button using which they can join the group session.
How To Join A Group Session On Spotify?

Step 1: Click on the invite link your friend sent you or scan the barcode.
Step 2: Click on “Join session” and select “On my Own device” and click continue.
Now you will be joined in your friend’s group session on Spotify.
NOTE: The Spotify group session feature is only available for Spotify premium users, you cannot create or join a group session unless you have paid for premium on Spotify.

Re-install The Spotify App
